Babies Everywhere!

Fondant covered cake with fondant "babies" and accessories. Everything used to decorate this cake is edible.

Kandinsky Interpretation Cake

This cake was for a 40th Birthday Cocktail Party. The guest of honor was a huge fan of the artist Kandinsky and asked for a cake to resemble one of his paintings. His work is full of geometrical shapes and very modern designs. Bottom tier is wedding white cake with strawberry filling, top tier is triple chocolate cake with chocolate fudge filling. Cake is covered in fondant, hand painted with edible paint and accents are fondant.

Fondant Figures

These are just some random fondant figures I used as decoration for some cakes.
Notice the sandwiches, hot dogs, plates, baby bottle, rattler and birthday cake in the first photos.

These photos are from the "Babies Everywhere" cake. They're just close ups to show each baby individually.

This is just a topper I made on a cake board to put onto a cake at a later date. A monogram "H" with a little girl bear peaking from behind.

Baby Peanut

This cake was for a Baby Shower. They referred to the baby girl guest of honor as "peanut" and wanted a cake to represent her cute name. This is a sculpted triple chocolate cake with chocolate fudge filling covered in fondant with all fondant accents. Everything edible.

Daisy and Ribbon cake

Fondant covered cake with fondant accents. Ruffled swag around cake is fondant also. Satin blue ribbon was used for "loops" on top of cake and for the base. Wire attached to some of the center daisy's to make them stand away from the cake.

Wine & Cheese

This cake was for a Wine Tasting. Cheese block and wedge are white wedding cake filled with sweet cream, covered with fondant. Grapes are fondant also. Usually I would make the wine bottle cake too but it did not need to feed that many at the party so I just used styrofoam, shaped to look like a wine bottle and covered it with fondant. The "label" is a replica of a painting featured at the Wine Tasting that evening.
